In order to match the inventory of houses for sale to your needs, I need some pertinent information:

Your Name

Your E-mail

 Price range: Absolute top dollar you are willing to pay. This doesn’t mean that is the amount you will pay, but I will not send you listings over this amount.

No Preference Bungalow 2 Story Split Entry 3-4 Level Side Split Style of house: 2 story, bungalow, split entry, etc.

Number of bedrooms: nice to have? Necessity?

Number of bathrooms: nice to have? Necessity?

Garage: single or double

Type of foundation: concrete , block , crawl space , slab

Preferences: If any of these are absolutely necessary, please check √

Must have paved driveway

Must have all hardwood floors

Must have an ensuite of master bedroom

Must be within ½ hour of base

Must have island in kitchen

Must be open concept

Must have laundry room on main level

Must be years old or newer

Must have a full basement

Must be on city services (no well and septic)

Must be near schools (elementary/high)

Must be in neighborhood with sidewalks, quiet subdivision.
