Why work with me?

If you are in the Military, RCMP or any Federal Government department, and you have been notified that you are being posted or transferred or promoted, you have certain obligations under the Integrated Relocation Program.

I am fully aware of those obligations and are determined to help you meet them with as little hassle as possible.

• Once you contact me I will respond to you within 24 hours.
• I will provide you with information on CFB Gagetown, Oromocto, Fredericton and surrounding area. Most of this information will always be available on my site.
• I will provide listings of homes for sale in the area that meet your requirements. Please complete the form entitled “Wants and Needs”
• Once you have chosen some homes that require a closer look, I will visit the home on your behalf and provide you with a virtual tour, sent to your home computer.
• This pre-screening service will allow you to arrive for your house hunting trip with a pre-conceived notion of the actual house you want to buy. You won’t have to visit 10 homes.
• As part of my service I will take you on a tour of the Fredericton, Oromocto and surrounding area to familiarize you with schools, shopping malls, points of interest, etc.
• This service is free of charge to you, the buyer. I will be paid the selling portion of the commission on the listed house.

All I ask is loyalty. In order to protect my interests, I will require you to sign a buyer’s agreement. This agreement will commit you to work with me exclusively for a specified period of time. Click here to view a copy of the agreement.
